This product is packaged in a tube, similar to how most Asian eye creams are packaged. When first dispensing this product, a thick, white cream comes out. I use this in my PM routine on my scars from cystic acne. You shouldn't use this during the AM though, as it leaves a very noticeable, strong white cast on the places it's applied. As for its effectiveness, I am too embarrassed to show pictures, but I'd say it's faded my cystic acne scars relatively well in a short amount of time. It's also decreased the diameter of the spots somehow. Not holy grail status though and not significantly amazing results, but it does what it claims.

I haven't seen many reviews for this product. I bought this off eBay for $7.59 from rubyrubystore here. Really cheap & worth the price.
